Paua Property Group
Paua Property Group is a new development company that brings talent together to create thoughtful homes in Puerto Vallarta. At the helm is Architectural Digest published architect Alberto Álvarez, known for beach houses like Villa Mandarinas and Casa Castelli, as well as residential buildings like Viena in Versalles and Cardenal in Los Sauces (full portfolio here). Alberto brings a deep understanding of the local landscape, light and climate, translating them into livable, timeless spaces.
He is joined by New Zealander Harrison Schaumann, who brings years of experience in corporate finance and sales, ensuring each project is solid, well-structured and delivered with transparency for buyers.
Completing the team is Vallarta-born Ana Álvarez, who spent the last 12 years in London working in the fashion and design industry. Ana brings a global eye for detail, materials and lifestyle, shaping homes that feel both contemporary and rooted in Puerto Vallarta’s character.
